MANILA, Philippines – The November 2022 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PhLE) results including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees, and overall performance of schools are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Pharmacy in 3-4 working days after the last day of exams.
The November 2022 Pharmacy board exam was conducted on November 9-10, 2022 at testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The Board of Pharmacy is headed by its Chairman, Dr. Adelina C. Royo, and its members, Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago.

Registration Schedule and Requirements for new Pharmacists
The schedule of online appointments for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new Pharmacists will be held on the following dates:
Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website via and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
How to verify my board exam rating?
The verification of ratings and test results for the Pharmacy licensure exams will be available online a few days after posting the results.
Successful takers can refer to PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.
As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name, last name, and the birthdate.
When and where is the Oath-Taking ceremonies?
The newly licensed Pharmacists’ oath-taking ceremony will be done online, now referred to as the “e-oath.” The application system for the e-oath can be accessed online via PRC dedicated portal at and select “e-OATH” as a transaction.
Inductees are required to print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services.
Meanwhile, PRC has started scheduling face-to-face oath-taking for newly licensed professionals. This section will be updated should PRC conduct face-to-face oath-taking for new PhLE 2022 passers.
When is the release of results?
As per PRC Resolution No. 1439 series of 2021, the November 2022 PhLE results will be released on or before November 18, 2022.

Pharmacist board exam is one of the programs with average number of examinees conducted by PRC.
During the most recent PhLE held on April 2022, 678 out of 1,870 examinees passed. Adriel Luigi Garcia Coseip from the University of the Philippines (UP) – Manila topped the list for having 91.63%, followed by Anjila Bianca Lao Aala, also from UP Manila, with 91.40%. University of the Philippines Manila was the top performing school, having all its examinees pass.
On November 2021 PHLE, 1,207 out of 2,371 (50.91%) examinees passed. Nicola Christine Aquino Rivera from University of the Philippines – Manila ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 93.90% followed by Kristine See Ang from the University of the Philippines – Manila having 93.10%. The University of the Philippines – Manila was the top-performing school having a 98.18% overall passing rate.
In June 2021, 1,546 out of 2,337 (66.15%) examinees passed. Deanne Marizthel Janda Madrio from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas Inc. ranked first garnering a rating of 93.95% followed by Abigail Santiago Xu University of the Philippines – Manila having 93.45%. Three schools shared the top spot in the top performing schools’ list having 100.00% passing rate. They were Adamson University, St. Scholastica’s College – Tacloban and University of the Philippines – Manila.
