The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the top-performing schools in the July 2023 Environmental Planner Licensure Exams (EPLE) three (3) working days after the last day of exams.
The official results include the list of passers, top 10 examinees, the performance of schools, oath-taking schedule, and registration requirements, among other important announcements.
The Environmental Planner board exam was conducted on July 26-27, 2023, at testing centers located at NCR, Cebu, and Davao. The licensure exams were headed by the Board of Environmental Planning Chairman, Michael T. Ang, and its member Corazon B. Cruz and Roque M. Magno.
Top Performing Schools
PRC acknowledges the top-performing schools (colleges and universities) in the July 2023 Environmental Planner Licensure Exams.
Below is the list of the top-performing schools in IDLE, having 20 or more examinees passed and with at least 80% overall passing percentage, as per Commission Resolution No. 2017-1058 (C) series of 2017, courtesy of PRC.

Schools’ Performance Summary
The performance of schools for July 2023 Environmental Planner licensure exams in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981, otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7 (m) or “to monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”
Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022 entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2023“, the July 2023 Environmental Planner board exam results will be released on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

Schedule of Registration
The schedule of online appointments for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new Environmental Planners will be held on the following date(s).

Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on white background with the complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
PRC added that successful examinees should personally register and sign in to the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The verification of ratings and test results for the Environmental Planner licensure exams will be available online a few days after posting results.
Successful takers can refer to PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.
As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name, last name, and the birthdate.
