MANILA, Philippines – The November 2022 Midwifery Licensure Exam (MLE) results including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees, and overall performance of schools are expected to be released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Midwifery in 3 working days after the last day of exams.
The November 2022 Midwife board exam was conducted on November 6-7, 2022 at testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The Board of Midwifery is headed by Dr. Alejandro R. San Pedro, Chairman and Dr. Remy B. Dequiña, Dr. Josephine H. Hipolito, Dr. Lolita I. Dicang and Ms. Rhodora L. Lopez, members.

Registration Schedule and Requirements for new RM’s
The schedule of online appointments for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new Midwives will be held on the following dates:
Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website via and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
How to verify my board exam rating?
The verification of ratings and test results for the Midwifery licensure exams will be available online a few days after posting the results.
Successful takers can refer to PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.
As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name, last name, and the birthdate.
When and where is the Oath-Taking ceremonies?
The newly licensed Midwives’ oath-taking ceremony will be done online, now referred to as the “e-oath.” The application system for the e-oath can be accessed online via PRC dedicated portal at and select “e-OATH” as a transaction.
Inductees are required to print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services.
Meanwhile, PRC has started scheduling face-to-face oath-taking for newly licensed professionals. This section will be updated should PRC conduct face-to-face oath-taking for new MLE 2022 passers.
When is the release of results?
As per PRC Resolution No. 1439 series of 2021, the November 2022 MLE results will be released on or before November 14, 2022.

The midwife board exam is one of the programs with an average number of examinees conducted by the PRC.
During the previous MLE held on April 2022, 733 out of 1,559 (47.02%) successfully passed. Ma Isabella Navales Donsol from Davao Medical School Foundation ranked first in the exams garnering 89.95% followed by Hyacinth Pacano Bueno from Isabela State University – Ilagan having 89.55%. Isabela State University Ilagan was the top-performing school having 100.00% passing rate.
In November 2021 board exams, 908 out of 1,774 (51.18%) examinees passed. Yesa Papa Garganera from Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital School of Midwifery ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 89.80% followed by Veronica Badilla Dumaran from Bohol Island State University – Calape having 89.45%. St. Alexius College (For. Doctors CHSF, Inc) was the top performing school having 92.54% overall passing rate.
During November 2019 MLE, 1,068 out of 2,219 (48.13%) examinees passed. The results were released after three (3) working days. Mhenrada Kulayan Bandahala from Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital School of Midwifery ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 90.95% followed by Maricol Urian Canillo from Lyceum of Aparri having 89.75%. Cavite State University was the top performing school having 96.00 overall passing rate.
