The new CHED Scholarship grade requirement is no longer 90% according to CHED Memorandum Order No. 10 series of 2023.
Previous CHED Grade Requirement
According to the CHED Memorandum Order No. 8 series of 2023 (Policies and Guidelines for CHED Scholarship Programs), the eligibility requirement is having a general weighted average of at least 90%.

New CHED Scholarship Grade Requirement
The Commission issued the CHED Memorandum Order No. 10 (Amendments to CHED Memorandum No. 08, series of 2023). This is in order to rationalize the implementation of CHED Scholarship Programs.
- All other provisions of CMO No 08 s. 2023 with General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 90% or its equivalent as one of the Eligibility Requirements for CHED Scholarship Program are hereby modified to “85% or its equivalent“.
