Interns for Communications
Responsibilities are:
- Helps in answering inquiries from stakeholders/customers sent from different channels
- Encodes and track inquiries received from different channels
Courses preferred:
- Related to Communications
Interns for Community Colleges
Responsibilities are:
- Perform clerical work in line with Grants Management and Disbursement for both Institutional Development and Innovation Grants
- Assist the Technical and Administrative staff of the team in their daily tasks
- Assist in the routing, organizing, and safekeeping of documents of the team
- Assist in the implementation of IDIG projects
Courses preferred:
- Related to Education, Development Management, International Studies
Interns for Monitoring and Evaluation
Responsibilities are:
- Perform research, data encoding, and clerical work in line with Program monitoring
Courses preferred:
- Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, and other related courses
Interns for Research Grants
Responsibilities are:
- Perform clerical work in line with Grants Management and Disbursement for both Research and Continuing Professional Education Grants
- Assist the Technical and Administrative staff of the team in their daily tasks
- Assist in the routing, organizing, and safekeeping of documents of the team
- Assist in the implementation of Research and Continuing Professional Education initiatives
Courses preferred:
- Related to Research, Education, Development Management
Interns for Scholarships – Abroad
Responsibilities are:
- Perform clerical work in line with Grants Management and Disbursement
- Assist the Technical and Administrative staff of the team in their daily tasks
- Assist in the routing, organizing, and safekeeping of documents of the team
Courses preferred:
- Related to Accounting, Development Management, International Studies
Interns for Scholarships – Local
Responsibilities are:
- Perform administrative, clerical duties in line with Scholarship Management and Disbursement
- Assist the Technical and Administrative staff of the team in their daily tasks
- Assist in the routing, organizing, and safekeeping of documents of the team
Courses preferred:
- Related to Education, Office Management, Legal Management
Interns for Adult Education
Responsibilities are:
- Perform clerical work in line with Grants Management and Disbursement
- Assist the Technical and Administrative staff of the team in their daily tasks

1. If your courses belong to the preferred courses for internship, you can apply at the CHED K12 website (click the link). Choose the Internship button.
2. This form below should appear once you clicked the Internship button. Fill out the form. Make sure to choose the right position you are applying for. Upload your resume file and endorsement letter (this can be from your adviser or one of your professors). All files must be in pdf format. Then click Submit button.
3. The place of assignment will depend upon CHED K12 Program coordinators. For more inquiry, you can go to chedk12.com/inquiry and sign up to send your inquiry or log in to check the status of your ticket.
